CCCS Training
Dealing with Debt
Who is the course for?
People do not choose to live a life made miserable by debt
and financial chaos. It is often something that creeps up on
them – or is caused by an event such as redundancy,
separation or ill health. The Consumer Credit Counselling
Service has developed this training course to equip delegates
with the basic knowledge needed to assist individuals and
families experiencing financial difficulties.
For clients, CCCS brings peace of mind through education and understanding,
reaching realistic solutions to their problems and agreeing repayments that are
achievable. Most importantly, the free service also means that the debt
situation is not worsened with the burden of management fees.
Aim of the course
The overall aim of the course is to provide delegates with an
insight into the money advice process.
