Who is our training suitable for?

Our debt and money advice training is suitable for you if your organisation comes into contact with people in financial difficulties.

We strongly believe in offering free money advice to those in need and therefore we will not train anyone that intends to charge for debt advice.

We have trained

  • HR Advisors
  • Council Tax Officers
  • Housing Officers
  • Welfare Advisors

Our trainers will help your employees by

  • helping them learn a more positive approach to managing their money and improve their money management skills
  • improving their performance and attendance by reducing their worries about money
  • offering an enhanced employer benefits scheme with effective money advice training to help reduce stress and absenteeism

Our training will help your organisation by

  • helping you to gain a greater understanding of your customer’s financial situation so you can come to a mutually beneficial arrangement
  • giving your team the tools and techniques to work through your customer’s financial problems, and
  • helping your team learn how to employ the most effective strategy to deal with an individual’s financial situation

We will train up to 12 delegates, either at a venue of your choice or at one of our centres in Leeds, London, Halifax or Newcastle.
