CCCS Debt Remedy
CCCS operates the world’s first online debt counselling service, which is available 24 hours a day at www.cccs.co.uk, and is for people who would prefer to use an anonymous service at their convenience. CCCS Debt Remedy guides users through a step by step process equivalent to calling the helpline and subsequently undergoing a counselling session, and recommends an appropriate course of action, one of which may be to speak directly to a counsellor. CCCS Debt Remedy provides a host of useful information, including a budgeting tool.
CCCS Money Matters
CCCS offers an online service, CCCS Money Matters, which provides people with generic financial advice, CCCS Money Matters is not aimed at people in debt - who will find CCCS Debt Remedy more useful - but instead provides understandable financial planning advice.

Publications
Annual Review
We publish a yearly review of our operations, detailing new developments in the charity as we seek to increase the scope and quality of our provision for people in debt. The review also looks at how we lie in relation to the fast changing climate of consumer debt. Our annual review can be downloaded from our website and copies are available on request.
Annual Statistical Yearbook
The CCCS Statistical Yearbook is a yearly publication which analyses our client base in detail. It tracks socio-economic trends as well as changes in levels and types of borrowing, over a three year period to give perspective. It breaks down the information into demographic and regional divisions. The Statistical Yearbook serves as a respected, in-depth summary of the state of consumers’ problem-debt in the UK. Download a copy of the CCCS Statistical Yearbook.
Debt Dashboard
CCCS Debt Dashboard is produced quarterly and based on data from over 100,000 people spread throughout the United Kingdom. It juxtaposes clients’ data, such as their level of debt and ability to repay, with broader UK economic variables to provide an insight into the state of personal debt in the UK.
‘CCCS clients’ referred to in CCCS Debt Dashboard are people who have received a full, in-depth counselling session from CCCS.
The dashboard usually also covers one set of featured data each quarter, focusing on a particular economic issue. Download a copy of the latest CCCS Debt Dashboard.
Other
From time to time, CCCS publishes other reports on specific topics, which will be made available on this website.
