IVA Register

If you enter into an individual voluntary arrangement (IVA), the details will be recorded in the Insolvency Register.

For instant, free debt advice, use CCCS Debt Remedy to find out the best solution for your situation

The register contains information on all current individual voluntary arrangements, as well as current bankruptcies and all those that have been discharged within the last three months.

The details of the IVA remain on the register until completion, revocation or the failure of your arrangement. However, your credit rating may still be affected for some time after the information is removed from the register.
