CCCS Training
Introduction to County Court Procedures
Who is the course for?
As the number of County Court Judgments served in the first
quarter of 2007 jumped 9.5% on the same period in 2006, it’s
becoming increasingly clear that creditors are choosing the legal
route to recover unpaid debt. The Consumer Credit Counselling
Service has therefore developed this course to equip delegates
who have an interest or a requirement to advise people who find
themselves in a debt crisis.

The overall aim of the course is to enable delegates to assist
clients to respond effectively to county court paperwork
