We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to join our busy eServices team based in Leeds city centre.

Responsible for enhancing the customer experience of a portfolio of web based services you will act as a crucial interface between development teams, key stakeholders and end-users. You will gather feedback from all areas of the organisation, analyse decision based logic and evaluate user behaviour to create detailed business requirements. Representing the needs of online users you will play a key role in projects from start to finish.

Candidates will demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills and have the ability to influence and negotiate across a range of levels. Experience of writing for the web will be an advantage.

The ideal candidate will show passion and enthusiasm for improving the online client experience and be someone who can bring ideas, innovation and energy to an already successful team.

Web Developer

We are looking for a Web Developer to join our expanding software development team based in Leeds city centre. The successful candidate will contribute to producing high quality software that meets business requirements, for both internal and external Web applications.

The development environment utilises the latest technologies and techniques and all development is on a Microsoft platform.

The successful candidate will be responsible for investigating options for the most effective approaches and developing high quality software based on specifications provided by our team of analysts.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate extensive development experience within a Web based role using C#/VB.NET (preferably VB.NET), as well as experience of working with the following;

HTML
JavaScript
CSS and
SQL Server 2000/2005

Formal training with these technologies would be an advantage.

Photoshop
ASP.Net MVC
NHibernate
AJAX

Lead Web Developer

We are looking to appoint a Lead Web Developer to join our existing software development team. Your role will be to drive project development workstreams and ensure that applications are developed according to plan.

Throughout each project you will contribute to the design of the application, delegate development tasks, monitor progress and provide frequent updates to other members of the project team. You will also be responsible for investigating options for the most effective approaches to developing high quality software, based on specifications.

As Lead Web Developer you are expected to proactively stay abreast of emerging technologies and ensure the development team utilises the latest techniques.
